Cottage Payment Policy And Rules
- A deposit of $375.00 CDN ($375.00 US) per week to reserve a cottage or $300 CDN per week to reserve a trailer site. The balance is due upon arrival. All deposits are non-refundable.
- Check in time is 2:00p.m. Check out time is 10:00a.m. If you check out at an earlier date than previously arranged, we still must charge for the entire time you have booked.
- From mid June to mid September, bookings are from Saturday to Saturday and weekly only.
- From mid September to mid June, bookins are for a minimum of two days.
- One free docking space per cottage.
- Boats will run with NO WAKE through the boundaries of The White Pines, and especially through the swiming area.
- We have worked hard to make beautiful, clean cottages for you to enjoy. We ask that the cottages be left clean and swept out. Please, no pets are allowed in the cottages.
- Garbage must be put in tied plastic bags and placed at the designated area. No loose debris. Recycle your cans, bottles etc. - we provide a recycling station and compost dumping station.
- Fish remains are NOT to be put in our garbage station. The remains are to be put on an island away from the property for the animals to feed on.
- You will find our cottages conveniently stocked with dishes, cutlery, blankets and other items useful for your stay. Please do not remove items or move them to other cottages or you may be charged.
- You can be assured of a restful vacation with our 10:30pm quiet time rules.
