60 day notice or greater, your deposit will be refunded less $25.00 handling fee. |

Less than 60 days notice your deposit is non refundable unless we are able to rent the cottage. The deposit will then be returned less a $25.00 handling fee. |

Sorry, we do not allow pets. |
| Docking: |
There is one free docking slip per cottage. |
| Early Departure: |
You must still pay for the entire stay if you decide to leave early. |
| Quiet Time: |
You can be assured of a restful vacation with our quiet time rules. |
| Garbage & Recycling: |
The sorting methods will be posted in each cottage. We have extensive recycling methods to aid in making the White Pines environmentally friendly. Thank you for helping us achieve this goal. |
